The City of Norcross is partnering with the Atlanta-based engineering firm Pond & Company to update its Living Centers Initiative (LCI) Study. In addition to the Pond team and City staff, this process will involve community stakeholders including local business owners, local commercial property owners, local developers and residents. This site is where we will be posting public updates, project drawings and links to pertinent websites.
